Yesterday, a post was made for a credit card affiliate program promosing large returns. While we're still trying to verify whether or not this site was legit, the sign up pag that asked for bank account and personal info was NOT a secure page. We suggest that anyone who may have signed up for this program to immediately check their accounts and contact their banking institution.
Again, we're still investigating this site. For now, we encourage you not to sign up for that service.

Guess it pays to always check the security of the site before signing up.
Look at the URL of the sign-up or credit-card transaction page: it should begin with "HTTPs" -- that "s" makes all difference difference. Also, you should see an icon of a padlock on the bottom of the browser window. If you don't see both of those items on ANY Web site transaction page -- don't buy anything.
Dcomiskey: This is not correct. The sign up pageis most definitely a secure page.
Gromit: The sign- up page does contain the "s" in "https" and the padlock icon is at the bottom right hand side of the page.

It wasn't there when I checked it and made the first post.
