Digital Rivers is a Fraud

In additon, they have been charged with securities fraud. Just so you know.

I read some of the complaints about this company so I went to digitalriver.com to see what kind of a front they put up. I couldn't find anyplace to download or order software.

We've signed up with DR affiliate program more than four years ago. We've not had a single problem.

Now which one are we to believe in the different stands above, are they fraud or not? It is just confusing not knowing which group to believe or not. As for RipOffReport, people have also started saying they are being used, which way?

I think the one making the accusation should offer something to support that accusation. Besides, RipOffReport. I'd offer proof myself, but how does one go about proving there was never a problem? It's far easier to prove there WAS one ... if there was.
