Reliability of email is a determinant in the development of trust within buyer-supplier relationships. I was just wondering if eBranding helps to increase the reliability aspect of email??

I have no sense that eMail is unreliable. I get tonnes of it everyday. It is the mal-formed junk mail or spam that hinders a positive branding use of eMail.
