Nice work. Unfortunately, I have no clue what KIC is (Kentucky Iced Chicken?). You should probably state what KIC stands for in your header underneath your logo.

Also, there is too much movement on the site. I suggest getting rid of your scrolling bar underneath your Top Nav and stop the header from scrolling. In your content pages, don't have the subject header dance back and forth. All of the movement is distracting.

Finally, I would try to reduce your homepage into 3 columns - like your content pages. Right now, it looks a bit cluttered and unorganized.

I think it needs work. You have various sections all over the front page which are oddly spaced, not consistently spaced. This gives the impression of sloppiness. For instance you have a larger left margin than right, and several of the other blocks don't line up with one another. There's no law that says they have to, but generally speaking when you're within a few pixels of lining up properly, you might as well go the whole route.

The all white background doesn't help this either.
