I have a large empty space at the bottom of the statistics box (Win XP, SeaMonkey 1.1.13) that should get fixed.
Also I miss a big "search" box at the homepage, maybe even above the statistics box (which I find not really useful to have in this extent - a statement about how many listings your site has would be sufficient in my mind).

well the first thing I notice is, you used Dreamweaver for the mouse over images in your navigation tabs. Even I hadn't lookedat the code, I would've known from the behavior.
When Dreamweaver is used for image replacement mouse overs, the images flicker in Internet Explorer. It's very inefficient at spitting out JavaScript
