Hello, we've recently re-launched our website. We are an on-demand eCommerce solution provider and the overall theme we're going "simplfying the complex", and we're trying to strike a balance between speaking to the IT professional and the merchandising manager/business owner.

Just on a design point of view, I find your header images much too large and distracting. The navigation text is too small and gets lost and the body text color is very hard to read.

Roban's suggestion is right. Your header is so large that it has forced your selling points below the fold. I suggest recreating a smaller header and bring more bullet-point information above the fold. This will pique interest and encourage visitors to stay on the site longer for more information.
