I realize this smells a bit of a cross-post, but it tain't.... I have the same link on 'review my site'

I've submitted my site 2 or 3 times to DMOZ over the last 7 or 8 years without success. I read that there a couple of DMOZ editors on this list and I'm wondering if you could look at my site and tell me if there is anything more (or less) I should be doing. http://www.24hrhr.com

the tagline would be "Personalized Content Delivery for HR"

I was going to try (again) here: http://http://www.dmoz.org/Business/Human_Resources/Compensation_and_Benefits/

Been in business longer than all but a handful of the ones listed. In fact, a few of them worked for me years ago.

Thanks for any help... I understand there are no guarantees.

I am a DMOZ/ODP editor but not in your area. However, after looking at your site, I suggest you submit to http://www.dmoz.org/Business/Human_Resources/. This is one level above where you say you would try. Don't forget to read the "Description" link at the far right, opposite the listing title. If your site is too broad for one of the specific levels, suggest it to the main I linked above.

Be aware that few of the more specific categories deeper than this link have dedicated editors. That means the editor at the Business/Human_Resources/ probably does all the sub-cats him/herself. It may take some time.

Also, be aware that listing with DMOZ/ODP is not the end-all be-all many people think it is, and that DMOZ/ODP exists to serve the "user" not the webmaster or business owner.

This is a great idea & I appreciate your time -- I never would have thought of submitting at a higher level.
