Ugly Betty

My web app for Time Management, got feedback like "dude, I like it but ugly, even uglier than 'Ugly Betty'", that was about two days ago, so, I rolled up sleeves myself to try to "address up" the "Betty" a bit,

I assume you're asking for an appraisal of the web site itself? Because that's all we rate here. If the site were more professional in appearance and slicker, the application would probably get more attention. There's really nothing much to the page at all.

but it's really an Application, you didn't test the app, did you?

No, I didn't. We don't really rate applications here, just e-commerce Websites.

ahe, our definition of 'e-commerce Website' seems to differ, imho, my web app is also a e-commerce site, its difference with most other e-commerce is that it's not selling products but rather a service, SaaS (Software as a Service).

I think the site needs some more structure and use or some frames.

"more structure", please elaborate a bit. On "frames", most UI experts advise against it. Did you try out the app? It's really a web app not some web site. Thks.
