I'm in the testing mode now for this site and would like some feedback on the design.

Some of you may notice that it is pretty much our current site with a different name. The company is trying out a new venture and franchising the website. :)

I like the header a lot, but there should be a hover state for those links. Also, onmouseover of the side nav links, the triangle disappears briefly in IE. Other than that, I think it's a good look.

It looks really good. I like the clear appearance and the way the site is divided. The example pictures at the bottom could be reduced a tad, but all in all it looks great. Best of luck with your new site.
