Cart with distributor pricing integration

I'm using synnex, ingram micro, and d&h for distribution. Is it possible for a shopping cart to grab real time pricing from a distributors website? If so, what's that feature called?

Edit: by cart, I'm referring to some sort of .php based cart that I can put on a webhost package.

Yes this is possible. It's just a script to grab 3rd party data and use it for your site. One of our clients uses this type of script to grab real time exchange rates since he deals with overseas artists that create his products. I don't know any name for this type of feature but if your cart supports custom scripts it will most likely fall in that category.
