Hi,
I'm new to ecommerce and I am looking for an easy to use website builder. I have looked at monstercommerce and similar sites such as easystorecreator. All that they have to offer seems too good to be true. Is is it really possible to creat a good looking website through these companies for the cost of under 100 a month with no previous experience? I am looking for suggestions for the best service to use in which I can make my own site. Also, any dropshipping suggestions. Is it possible to make profit using dropshipping? What are good dropshipping options for consumer electronics? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It is possible to get a nice looking site for under $100/month. Sometimes it will depend on the number of products you sell. I know Volusion has a program for $79.00/month for up to 250 products.

Good looking but not unique design
I don't agree with this statement, but I work for a hosted shopping cart. :) In my personal experience, I've seen many good unique store designs done with hosted shopping carts. For example with the use of Modular Merchants v3 QuickCode tags, you can place dynamic store content anywhere you wish. This also means that you can change the look and number of your checkout pages. Since you can also create your own QuickCode tags in MM v3, you can make your store as unique as you wish.

You have to check out Shopster.com! Just a few clicks of the mouse and you’re ready to go! You choose what your online store will look like, you can browse through and choose from Shopster’s 700,000 inventory catalogue to stock your store… and just like that, you’re in business!

With out software, you get full html and ftp access. If your store is not unique looking, that's really your own fault. Take a look at our client gallery and see for yourself:
