Our company's system doesn't allow customers to input different shipping address (only the billing address suppose to be the shipping address). Is there a way that a customer can enter in multiple shipping addresses (that can be fully verified by the customer's bank)?

Well the gateway could not verify the shipping address since that could vary (i.e. sending it to a work address or as a gift). Most issuing banks would not have an the parent's, sibling's, son's, or daughter's address

I completely agree with Corey.
If you want the business from gift shipments and ship-to addresses that are different from the billing address, then you will assume ALL the risk from that type of fraud. The bank will never know if that address is really Aunt Millie's address and her nephew is sending her a birthday gift...
We used to limit different shipping addresses to those customers who had already had three shipments successfully delivered. It worked to control fraud, but I know we lost a lot of first time gift business in the Christmas season.

I believe the customer has to call the bank and give them the alternate addresses.
