Cart Software Help

Im planning to start an online store with 100+ different varieties of products. The problem here is, I dont want to have a huge inventory for my products. Im planning to have 3-10 units of a particular product.

Is there any cart software that will automatically show that the particular product is out of stock automatically when the stocks runs out. Thank you for your help.

Can anyone recommand me any good shopping cart software?

ClickCartPro offers a nice package that provides the option to run a true declining balance inventory. Items are subtracted from the inventory on hand, and if appropriate, items are displayed as out of stock.
