I am just starting to look at an ecommerce solution for my current sporting goods business that I run out of my house.
Monster Commerce is the same company that hosts my current website and I have been pleased with the service.
But I have read that it is a little difficult to use and on this site someone commented that if the business grows we would probably jump ship. I was curious why? What is the issue with them that it can't handle a larger volume?
Next, I checked out Verio and it looked good, but while doing some research it was very inconsistent. In 2005 and 2006 there were lots of BAD ratings mostly for downtime. But in 2007 they got an award for the 2nd best ecommerce software.
Does anyone have any feedback on either of these solutions.
My partner nor I are programmers, but I am a business analyst for a mortgage software firm.
