Hi guys! How are you?

Well, the title is pretty much self explanatory. I'm in the process of starting my online business. I just wanted to know if you knew any websites or books that can help you start your online business from the BEGINNING.

My main problem is that most of the sites assume that you already have a product or a business going on. I have neither of those...

Thank you very much.

C ya'll

Check out Website Source (http://www.websitesource.com) They have an All-In-One plan; 800MB of storage, 20GB traffic monthly, Miva Merchant with no limitations on number of products, etc. for about $10 a month. They have excellent customer service, there was a glitch between Miva Merchant and my payment gateway, Website Source upgraded Miva Merchant to correct the problem for free. You can check out my site,
B & G Specialty (http://www.bgspecialty.com) to get an idea. I used NetObjects Fusion to create my site, It's not too fancy, but it works. Check out several hosting companies before making a decision. Good luck!

Im currently stuck on what to sell also. Sites that have how-to guides seem to be a dime a dozen. I started a website that pools together all the articles, links, and software what I used in researching how to start up a business. I found a lot but not much on what products I could try to sell. I guess that is up to me though. I have heard that a good sales man can sell just about anything. Time for me to learn how to become a good salesman.

Selling is an art, you must be fervent about what your selling. Don't be discouraged by others that say "there are hundreds of sites selling that", etc. Yes, being the only one selling a product is great, but there are very few that have that luxury. Be creative, think outside the box and have a "can do" attitude. Good luck!
