Anyone ever use this, or have any comments on it. I am looking at their ecomsubscription service and was wondering if anyone had any pros and cons of their service, or see something I should be leary about.

I've used them for several months. The product isn't bad, but the service could NOT be worse. I'm not exaggerating. They never pick up the phone. I get a response to about 1 in 15 emails. I've lost service and couldn't sell anything in my store at least twice a month. 3 times the outage has been for like 72 hours. They always blame every problem on someone else. They've made several billing mistakes, cancelled my service without notice, and then claimed that I changed my account information in their system. Even though users dont' even have access to that information. So, how is that our fault?
Stay away from them. Far away. I'm in the process of switching to Plug 'n Pay but PaymentOnline is being slow about releasing customer billing information.

I have had so much trouble with Pyamentonline and have lost a great deal of money.

I will be posting the email conversations (when I could get a reply)
The number one problem is COMMUNICATIONS
They will not answer phone or FAX and email only after many you send.
