hey guys

im signed up to secpay and its all active but their support is terrible, i dont know how to get the payment page set up and when i contact them all they say is, read the manual, Which i dont understand one bit and they just done want to know.

is there anyone who can help or advise?

Most gateways are sometimes unable to provide development support via the phone since it sometimes can be difficult. Did you try emailing them what you had done to see if they can help with the final implentation?

hello,

yes ive emailed them twice and all they ever say is refer to first 5 pages of implemenation guide but it mayaswell be in japanease as i dont understand it at all, and i told them this and they just replied both times saying you need to read the guide.

Ive had £5,000 of sales that i couldnt put through the secpay because i couldnt get it working :(

Have you maybe asked them some developers that could help you with the integration? I don't know which language you are using, but maybe a web developer might be able to integrate the gateway properly for you
