Print Server

I have a little network based on Windows 2000 Professional and a HP OfficeJet 6110 xi usb printer. Please, could you tell me how can I share this printer on each workstation without login as administrator at the Print Server machine ?

I would purchase a seperate print server device, they are pretty cheap. Also don't have to worry about shutting down the workstation, etc.
