Where to find a good blog script

I am looking for a blog that lets visitors add posts/topics - not just comments. I don't know if such a thing exists or not. I have a discussion board but am looking for a format where visitors can provide more/longer infromation/sharing. If anyone has seen something like this please let me know.

What it seems you want is a forum / message board - similar to this? You first need to decide if you are going to use ASP, .NET, or PHP and that will be 30% of the battle there
