Is there a "no brainer" method or software for easy syching of a laptop and desktop ?

Take a look at B.efficient from neusteps (http://neusteps.com) .
I use it at work to share information and communicate with my co-workers and clients. My working documents are easily sync even when I switch machine (normally between home and work).
