Frankly, that stars made me dizzy and the ads were overwhelming.

I agree with the last poster. The site is poorly designed. What's the point of flashing objects? To give headaches to the users? In general, the graphics are of poor quality (e.g. the logo at the top).
That place might want to consider hiring a Web designer to redo the site (at the very least). Sometimes budget isn't the right path to follow...unless that's the point of the site, to look homemade.
