I am planning to open a online store to sell products (Fmcg) only based on bangalore India
Query 1: How do I register myself to pay taxes in karnataka to sell products online is that different from the regular one ?
Query 2: Which web designing company is best for merchant accounts?
Query 3: How do I get ICICI ,CITI BANK and other credit cards payment options in my site?
Query 4: Can I put fmcg products online for sale which are available in stores Example: Body Spray of a reputed company

You might contact your local bank and see if they offer any e-commerce solutions to merchants. Sometimes they do and they might be a bit easier to set up.

Otherwise, there are some companies around that offer third party processing that might support your location
