I've sell a hard goods in my store- qplayer.ru, and my shop are based on CS-Cart (http://cs-cart.com/). I live in Russia and want to start soviet patriotic music selling in USA - it's MP3. Now i'm finding a suitable solution for it. I don't know programming and don't want to pay for custom development. What do you thing about the best cart for myself?

Many shopping carts can handle soft goods and digital downloads. What type of features are you looking for? I work for a hosted solution that offers pretty robust digital download features.
Do you want a hosted or non-hosted solution?
What type of banning features do you need IP or email?
Will you be offering subscription based membership for your music?
Do you want to offer your clients instant access to downloads or downloads after an email?
What language and currency do you want the cart to handle?
Do you want to offer special features like gift certificates, private membership areas, promotions, and discounts?

It sounds like you just a simple cart with digital delivery support. You might want to check out Mal's ecommerce or Cube cart. I'm pretty sure they can both do what you are asking, but I would check their feature list to be sure. They are both inexpensive and I've heard good things about both of them. :)
Oh, Zen cart might work for you too. Take a look at them as well, a lot of our current digital delivery clients started with Zen cart.
