Hi there!

I’m the process of designing a website for my business and was wondering if there are ways that I can alter the site to get it higher up the google list for people looking for holiday homes or static caravans to buy in the UK? Do you have any tips to make it a stronger site? The url is http://www.mystaticcaravan.com so any feedback you could give would be great!

Thanks

Sam, the text on your opening page is so small I can't read a single word of the first two columns.

I like the aesthetic of the design a lot! I noticed a typo in the first column...it said static too many times in the same sentence.

I have seen your website. The problem I could see is that I was able to select '----------------' from the location dropdown list. Selecting '---------------' makes no sense to you as a marketer.
As a marketer and website promoter we should try to minimise the user errors. This will in turn help the marketer only.

I think the websites ok in layout, but one or two observations. Having email addresses on the home page is good for Customer Service, but not too good for trawl bots who pick them up to send spam. The other thing I'd say it took me a few minutes to work out what the site was about. Was I looking to book a holiday or was I buying? It's obvious once you know - but there must be something missing in the design. I'm also a bit unsure about having the form slap bang in the middle. The eyes are automatically drawn to either the middle or the right hand side of a screen - maybe the text should be at the top saying fill in the form below or something

Good Luck with your venture though :-)
