I have had enough with paying for a shopping cart i am going to re-do my website again taking off the shopping cart and keeping the gateway to my bank i will be able to take credit cards over the phone which is how all my orders have come people seem to want to talk to a person at least for me.

If people are calling you instead of ordering online - do you know why? Is the check out process on the cart complicated? Or do their cards get rejected?

no they said it was easy to use they just wanted to talk to a person while making the order and asked questions about how the ties were made ect.

Well if that's what your userbase seems to want, then fine, but I can assure you that there is a LARGE market out there who feels the opposite way, and you'd be cutting yourself off from them.

You might ask a few why. Does your website exude confidence? See if it is your website or the products. Sometimes the products just need a bit more explaining. If you don't have it - you might also consider putting a live chat on your site. Or a FAQs section. And then then hopefully build that up.
