I really hope this doesn't sound like some sort of sales add but I've been reading these forums as a "guest" for a while and figured it was time I joined. My first offering is this useful free tool I ran across. I don’t know about the rest of you but I get tired of having to manage my employees on paper. I went looking for a new way to do it and every time solution provider was more than I wanted to spend on time management tools. Well I was doing some research on one of my project and TimeContacts [http://timecontacts.com/] popped up as one of my search results. Well I was surprised when I found out everything that it could do.
The best feature is that the Time Basic package is free. Now you’d think because it was free that it wouldn’t be that wonderful but boy did they fool me? Another feature I like is that it is entirely web based. I don’t have to spend anymore money on punch cards or carbons. I know some of you might be worried that your employees can just clock in from home but you can lock out their home IPs. This thing is fully customizable and sets up in a matter of minutes.
