Do any of you have experience with a hosted call centre service? I'm currently looking at Telus's CallCentreAnywhere product (Toronto) and am interested in knowing if anyone uses them. If so, how has the product and service been? Rogers has something similar called Enhanced Voice Services. Any feedback you could provide would be much appreciated.
