This is my first post, so please forgive my ignorance...

I need to create a simple Web site for a one person service company. I'm evaluating some seemingly robust Web site template solutions versus designing a site from scratch because it would give me the flexibility to manage the site without the cost of designing it from scratch.

If I give you a simple overview of what I need, can anyone comment on the solutions I'm considering to let me know the pros and cons of this approach??

Need:
- Professional looking site that I don't create from scratch
- Options like adding pages, graphics, and content, without writing code
(I can do some HTML)
- Options to create e-newsletters, autoresponders, contact me forms...
- Ability to later add an ecommerce option for event registration and ebooks
- Ability to legally use images from the site to create marketing materials

I've looked into 2 sites that seem promising, but I'd love to get feedback you. These 2 sites seem to offer most of what I need for only $17-$49 per month, plus domain name registration fees...
www.boxedart.com
www.internetbasedfamily.com

What are the pros and cons of using these types of solutions?
What other fees do I need to consider?

ANY insight that you can offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
