Well you got me to buy a pound. Hope it's as good as you say it is.
Great layout. Is that story really true? One suggestion - not so many colors in the text near the bottom.
Looking forward to some jerky!

Simple design, which is good. But I recommend not centering the text for the Description and also, I would change the light aqua blue text color to a darker shade because eye strain.
You may also want to reduce the width of the actual text for easier legibility. Long sentences tend to "turn off" readers.
