Software for a start up company

We're a small manufacturing company of home electronics. I'm currently looking into potential software. At the moment I've been hearing positive things about netsuite. But I would like to explore other options given that costs are a concern.

Any feedback on pros and cons based on people's experience with software for accounting, payroll, inventory control, CRM, e-commerce and etc.
