I've recently created this site and the purpose here is to allow users to submit their site's URL/name for a small charge of $1.50 to hopefully increase their site traffic. Please rate this site and give me some input on ways in which I can improve it. Thanks.

Well for one thing the nav is very tough to read. Change the link color or the background color and make the text much smaller. That's just for openers. I'll check again and I'm sure others will chime in also.

Thank you. Do you believe that this site can have a successful future?

I think any site can have a future if they deliver solid content. The one thing that may (not for sure) be a problem is that you are showing that you only had 140 people visit your site today...if someone is looking for maximum exposure this may be a red flag. Maybe wait till your numbers are higher? Who knows...I like the idea though.

You might also consider breaking your site nav up into categories vice showing all 5000 links at once...it would be difficult for me to find a specific service (like gardening for instance) if I had to look through everything else. Good start.

I can't really say. If i were you, i'd go back to the drawing board with the design. Without being too unkind it really is extremely poor. I would consider a pro designer.

I would even hunt around some sort of free template online and make it better. I *think* it could make some money, but not sure how many people would go for it. Also, I wouldn't charge a one-time fee. Maybe make it more of a subscription, maybe per quarter or per year.
The design does look low-grade, so you should def think about fixing it before trying to get more customers.
Also, I don't know if would help make you any more $, but perhaps place a couple of relevant affiliate ads on there as well.
