Nice site. So correct me if I am wrong; your site is an affilate for merchant account, is that correct?
Why don't you have the signup page secured like you do with the login page? If you're going ask for user name and password, that page should be secured.
Also, the login page for affiliates should have the menu header as well.
The affiliates template should be thumbnail and be able to click for larger picture or sample web site (mock).
Both sample account and affiliates template have 'Home' for title page; the rest don't.
Other than the secure gig, the rest is just minor stuff over looked.
