Whoa. Cut down on the overload of text on velnet.com and velnetweb.co.uk. WAY too much info squeezed on one page. The second one looks much better.

Agreed - this is TEXT OVERLOAD. Consider which aspects are the most important and keep that on the main page along with some beautiful stock photos and move the rest to sub-sections for clarity.

Much better on the eyes, the text layout is good, I still think an additional small but picturesque stock photos would add to a visual appeal here. Possibly consider adding images and text versions of you top image navigation on the left hand side - or putting discounts, rates you wish to advertise and hotspot links in this lengthy white space (just not a LOT more text)

On the Domain Names page you have several heading without information (Alternative UK Domain Names, Generic Top Level Domain Names (gTLD), Alternative European Domain Names). Without content under those headings it adds to a rather "incomplete" look and feel.

Looks good, but still a bit crowded. I think you may be providing too much info on the main page. It's hard to figure out where you should start reading. The sub pages on this domain look better than the main index page in terms of "ease of reading".

I do love the color scheme you've used throughout these Web sites however, and the photos and images are of very good quality.

They were fine with hosting my site and taking my money until there was a problem. When there was a problem they just started sending me nasty emails, and said they would no longer reply to emails despite me maintaining a reasonable attitude towards them.
