Please review my site

Hi

I'm so glad that i have found this forum.

My site's been up and running now for about 2 1/2 years and has always done pretty well, recently though we've been having some problems turning our traffic into sales.
We are getting good traffic of unique visitors to the site it's our conversion rate that is the problem.

If anyone could give us a few pointers of where we are going wrong, what we could improve or any feedback at all that would be great, on the above problem or generally to improve site ranking.

I would make the header text, your company name, a bit bigger. Also the site itself is rather narrow, and I'm at 1024x768, the most popular resolution now. I would at least consider widening it. OTher than that not a bad looking site at all

I think it is a great looking site and I enjoyed reading the "about us" page. :) I would want to see actual photos of the shirts instead of drawings before I would buy one though. Also, a few shirts (on people) on the home page would probably be helpful. It took me more than a few seconds to figure out what the site was selling.

What a great Web site and very funky shirts indeed! I agree with the above comments - the only thing stopping me from buying is that I don't get to see a photo of the actual t-shirt. As is I just have to take your word (from the shirt info page) that it is quality printing.... but I would have to see some images for myself *before* buying!

We're working on changing the images and I'll post again when we've done this to get your opinions then.
