Not a bad looking site at all. I would add some kind of hover state to the links but other than that I think it' looks just fine.

Hover is when you move your mouse over a text or image and it changes, there are different ways of doing it, by text or by image through css, dhtml, java script or flash.

Yes as alera said a hover state is some kind of visible difference that occurs when you move your mouse over a link (or over anything). Either color change, or font becomes bolded, or underlined, or something to let the user know they've moused over a link. Kind of an industry standard.

Okay, nothing wrong with this Web site. Easy to navigate and use. I will confess that it took a few minutes of visiting links to figure out WHAT the site was for -- maybe a good descriptive tag line added somewhere would be beneficial, but the design and layout is appropriate and well done. The only other comment I could add from a visitor's point of view - the two images tiled down the left hand side (below the member info button) appeared to be external advertisements, not products and features connected to your own Web site.
